Cancellation Policy
Either party, at any time, may cancel a user’s Instant365 account for any reason. To cancel the account, a user must request to us by calling on +4419-0254-4116 or by writing us on:

Please note that no amount will be refundable after the initial 30-days money-back guarantee period. All our services are pre-paid. Cancelling your subscription will only be effective on the final day of the prepaid term. Only an email address registered with us at the time of purchasing the service will be entertained for communication.
Credit Card Expirations or Declines
Please not that no services will be automatically cancelled in case of credit card expiry or not depositing your payment by check. We maintain all account data, allow subscriptions to occur, and allow you access to your account. The services will remain in effect until you request us to cancel them. You are responsible for the payment as long as the services are active. A notice will be sent to you in case the card is declined. The email will include information on how to update your credit card, in case your card details are changed. We may also follow-up by phone or mail.
Retrieving Your Data After Your Account Has Been Cancelled
You are suggested to download all your information before canceling our account. To keep a backup, we retain your data for a period of 30 days.
